Welcome to Counsel for Life

We offer a safe, confidential and professional counselling service to individuals and couples over the age of 18. Our service is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and we have been supporting the community of Woodford and the surrounding areas with counselling for over 30 years.

Our service is friendly and confidential. We believe in working alongside people, encouraging and enabling them to make their own decisions. Our vision, therefore, is to help people to embrace life more fully through the growth, changes, and healing that can take place through the counselling process.

We understand that it is not always easy to reach out for help. If the cost of counselling is difficult for you, we offer a Financial Assistance Programme that may be able to offer short term counselling at a reduced fee
